The process:

  1. Complete the initial travel planning form linked below.
  2. If I need more info or have additional questions, I get in touch.
  3.  I begin the behind the scenes work finding the best deals for you and curating a proposal for your vacation.
  4. I provide a proposal.* Sometimes I provide a single itinerary in the proposal, whereas other proposals will include multiple options for itineraries.**
  5. You approve or reject the proposal.
  6. If approved, I send 2 secure forms. One form will collect personal information and passport photos, while the other is a payment authorization form for an amount agreed upon. If rejected, we revisit preferences to find additional options if possible.
  7. I finalize the booking, send you the itinerary using the TripPlans app.
  8. I am at your service through your travel until you return from your vacation.


Why so many so many steps to the process? Your vacation should be perfect, priceless, and unforgetable for all the right reasons! It needs to be customized to your preferences and requirements.


  • If you run into an issue with a vendor/supplier while on a trip, always let me know. I have contacts with all the suppliers who will go above and beyond to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.


  • Remember I do not charge planning fees. The tour operators pay commission for bringing them the business. I, and all the agents with Trudie Travel and Associates (a small business located in Woodstock, Georgia), highly value each and every client who books with us. Our goal is the perfect vacation for you. Our personalized service is a unique touch that you cannot get from a mass-market online agencies.


*This proposals provided will include an estimated price based on current pricing and availability. Prices and availability are subject to change until booking is finalized. 

**I ALWAYS recommend travel protection of some sort. Sometimes this is included in the estimate through the supplier, while others I must get the full price of the trip and collect first payment before travel insurance can be quoted. If purchased independent of the tour operator, I am a registered seller of AIG TravelGuard.
